We look forward to seeing you on the mat.

Jeanine Sinanan-Singh

Jeanine brings a unique blend of intellect, curiosity, and mindfulness to her teaching. A graduate of Harvard University with a degree in Computer Science, Jeanine has built a professional career spanning technology and research, bringing the same thoughtful and analytical nature to her practice and teaching of yoga.

Jeanine  developed her teaching foundation  through Beyond Asana Yoga Teacher Program at Bodhi Om Yoga. She is trained in aerial yoga, which is one of her favorite forms of movement and remains one of her favorite hobbies, reflecting her playful sense of exploration and her love of discovering new ways to experience movement and connection.

At Bodhi Om Yoga, Jeanine teaches Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Dharma Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Flow, offering students the opportunity to experience both the strength and discipline of dynamic practice and the stillness and introspection of slower traditions.

Her classes invite students to move with awareness, connect more deeply with the breath, and approach yoga as a practice that extends far beyond the mat.

Jahath Inyang (Jay)

At Bodhi Om Yoga, Jay teaches Vinyasa, Cup of Om, Dharma II and Yin Yoga,  His approach allows students to explore both the strength and energy of dynamic practices and the stillness and introspection of slower traditions.

Jahath is also trained in aerial yoga, a practice he especially enjoys and continues to explore as one of his favorite forms of movement.

He holds a Master’s degree in Education and works as an educator, supporting children with dyslexia and language-based learning differences. He especially enjoys exploring Kundalini Yoga and its connection to energy, awareness, and inner transformation.

A lifelong lover of music, Rick is also a musician who plays string and percussion instruments. He speaks both English and Spanish and enjoys exploring movement through dance, bringing rhythm, creativity, and a sense of play into the way he experiences yoga.

Behind the name

Bodhi is a Sanskrit word meaning “awakened” or “enlightened.” For many of us, the journey through yoga begins with a desire to become better versions of ourselves—to live more balanced, healthy, and joyful lives. It is a path toward embracing our true nature and finding presence in each moment. Ultimately, however, the deeper purpose of yoga is to elevate our consciousness and guide us toward a profound connection with a higher power.

Bodhi is also the name of the sacred “Tree of Awakening”—a powerful symbol of spiritual growth and inner awareness. Its ovate-rounded, heart-shaped leaves reflect the beauty and compassion that arise through self-realization.

Om is a mystical syllable, a cosmic vibration, and the sacred sound of the universe. It represents unity, creation, and infinite knowledge—an affirmation of the divine that transcends culture and religion. Om is universal, resonating through all aspects of existence as a reminder of our connection to something greater.
