Option 1: Early Bird (Until July 1st)
💰 Pay in Full – $2,700
Option 2: Standard Tuition
💰 Pay in Full after July 1st – $3,200

The $350 enrollment fee secures your spot in the training and covers all printed materials, including a professionally prepared 2-inch binder with manuals, study guides, and practice resources. These materials are designed to support your learning throughout the training and beyond. This fee is non-refundable.
We offer a flexible monthly installment plan, which adjusts based on your initial deposit amount. This allows you to spread out your payments over time, while still committing to your training journey.
How it works:
Example:
With a $500 deposit, your remaining balance of $2,800 would be approximately $280/month for 10 months
Please note: A one-time $100 administrative fee is applied to all payment plans to cover processing and management.
(Alternatively, you may opt for a 5% service fee, which will be added to your tuition total if preferred.)
We’re happy to discuss a plan that works for you.
Our training will be delivered in a hybrid format, combining both in-person and live Zoom sessions to offer flexibility, connection, and a supportive learning environment.
In-Person
Live Zoom Mettings
This blended approach allows you to experience the depth of in-person practice while also receiving the convenience and accessibility of virtual learning.
We keep our groups intentionally small so we can create a schedule that works for both you and your fellow trainees — while still maintaining the structure and integrity of the training.
You can expect to meet for a minimum of 10 hours per month, which may include:
We’ll coordinate dates collaboratively, taking into account:
This flexible structure is one of the benefits of our small-group format — it allows you to stay committed to your growth without sacrificing balance in your life.
A full calendar will be confirmed once the group is finalized.
The lead teacher is a Yoga Alliance–registered instructor, and this training covers — and in many ways surpasses — the core curriculum outlined by Yoga Alliance for 200-hour certification.
However, we choose not to center or promote Yoga Alliance as the ultimate standard for yoga education. In today’s landscape, certification alone does not guarantee depth, embodiment, or teaching skill — and unfortunately, many programs fall short while still bearing the YA seal.
This training is designed for those who want more than a certificate — it’s for those ready to truly live their practice, teach with confidence, and move beyond asana into a richer understanding of yoga.
If Yoga Alliance registration is personally important to you, we’re happy to guide you in meeting those requirements after the training. But our priority is offering an experience that’s authentic, comprehensive, and deeply transformative — far beyond minimum standards.
Our training offers a rich and diverse exploration of yoga styles, giving you the tools to develop your own authentic teaching voice. You’ll study:
Our training is designed to total a minimum of 200 hours over 10 months, combining in-person, virtual, and personal study components to support your growth as a confident yoga teacher.
This balanced approach ensures a comprehensive, immersive experience that respects your time while encouraging consistent practice and study.
Absolutely! Upon completing the training, all trainees enter a 3-month practice teaching period, which includes opportunities for Karma Yoga (service-based teaching) and guided practice sessions.
This hands-on experience builds your confidence and refines your skills in a supportive environment. After this phase, graduates are welcome to apply to become a substitute or full teacher at Body Om Yoga, joining our vibrant community of instructors.
We’re committed to supporting you every step of the way—from student to confident yoga teacher.
You will receive a detailed reading and materials list at the start of the training to support your learning journey. Some of the key texts we’ll be working with include:
We understand that life circumstances can change, and we want to be as fair and transparent as possible.
In the case of emergencies or unforeseen events, we may offer the option to transfer your tuition to a future training or apply a portion as credit toward private mentorship, workshops, or retreats. Each case is reviewed individually with care.
If you're unsure or need more flexibility, reach out — I’m happy to talk it through with you.
This training is built on the belief that yoga is not just something we do — it’s something we live.
What sets this program apart is the combination of a deeply rooted lineage, a whole-person approach, and a commitment to quality over quantity. I’ve been trained by world-renowned teachers including Tymi Howard, Steve Ross, and Dharma Mittra and I’ve spent years integrating their teachings into my own personal and professional practice.
Unlike many programs that mass-train or operate like franchises, this training is intentionally small and deeply personal. I work closely with each student, offering one-on-one guidance, mentorship, and feedback throughout the entire journey. You won’t be one of many — you’ll be seen, supported, and held in a space that honors your unique path.
We go beyond asana — into philosophy, lifestyle, anatomy, stillness, and spiritual practice — so you leave not just with a certificate, but with a deeper connection to yourself and the tools to teach from embodied experience.
Yes — many students join this training not because they’re certain they want to teach, but because they feel called to deepen their relationship with yoga and with themselves.
This program is about so much more than learning to lead a class. It’s about exploring yoga as a way of life — through philosophy, breath, movement, stillness, and self-inquiry. Whether or not you choose to teach, you’ll gain tools to live more intentionally, confidently, and with greater awareness.
And if the desire to teach arises along the way, you’ll be fully prepared to do so — from a place of authenticity and real embodiment.
So yes, you’re more than welcome — especially if you’re curious, committed, and open to transformation.
Yes — we understand that life can be unpredictable, and we do our best to offer flexibility while honoring the integrity of the training.
If you need to miss a session, you’ll have a few options to make it up:
That said, consistent participation is important — not just for certification, but for your own growth and integration. If you anticipate a scheduling conflict, let’s talk about it in advance so we can find the best solution together.
Our groups are intentionally kept small and intimate — typically fewer than ten students — to ensure personalized attention and meaningful connection.
There is no minimum number of participants required to run the training. This allows us to maintain a focused and supportive learning environment tailored to each group.
his training is designed to welcome practitioners of all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or have years of experience.
We believe that yoga is a personal journey, and the training is structured to meet you where you are — supporting your growth step-by-step.
Beginners will receive foundational guidance, while more experienced practitioners can deepen their practice and understanding.
Everyone who is committed to learning and growing in a mindful, respectful environment is encouraged to join!
We understand that life happens. However, because space in the training is limited and significant planning goes into preparing materials and organizing the experience, the following terms apply: The $350 enrollment fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date may receive a tuition refund (minus the enrollment fee). Cancellations within 30 days of the training start date are non-refundable. In the case of a documented emergency, we may offer a one-time transfer to a future training (pending availability). No refunds will be given once the training has begun. We encourage you to be sure of your commitment before enrolling. This program is designed to be transformational, and your presence matters.
